The Skill Development and Placement Cell plays a vital role in shaping the career of students. It strives to impart global competencies and quests for excellence. We inculcate ethical values, national integrity and human rights among students in order to contribute to national development through training programmes. To bridge the gap between students and corporate sector, the cell organizes training programmes. The disciplined and persistent approach of the institute leads students on a meaningful career path.

The Skill Development and Placement Cell strives to provide job opportunities for Under Graduate and Post Graduate students. The parent institute has signed MoUs with international companies like TATA Consultancy Services, BOSCH Private Limited and Mahindra Pride. Through these MoUs, the Skill Development and Placement Cell organizes training programmes.

The number of students placed through campus interviews is continuously rising. Reputed industries visit the institute to conduct campus interviews.

Communication Skills and Personality Development
To enhance global competency among students, the Skill Development and Placement Cell conducts a course on Communication Skills and Personality Development for second-year students. It includes basics of English grammar, gestures, postures, and personality development.

Interview Techniques
To meet industrial needs, third-year students are trained through interview technique programmes. It includes resume preparation, aptitude tests, logical reasoning, profile tests, email writing, and mock interviews.

Skill Development Training Programme
The Skill Development and Placement Cell in collaboration with Infosys Ltd, Mysore organizes training programmes through trained Infosys trainers. It covers communication skills, soft skills, interview techniques, and personality development.

MPC – Employability Enhancement & Youth Livelihood Programme
In collaboration with Mahindra Pride Classroom Ltd, Pune, the cell organizes employability enhancement programmes for final year students.

BOSCH – Bridge Course
Dropout students are trained through the BOSCH Bridge Course to provide career opportunities. The three-month programme includes communication skills, grammar, group discussion, life skills, customer service, and on-the-job training.
